Pioneer DJ DJM-S7

The new DJM-S7 two-channel scratch mixer puts the power of personalisation in your hands with its fast, precise and adjustable crossfader, its Performance Pads and its FX buttons, which you can set up as you like. The mixer handles Serato DJ and rekordbox plug and play, and comes with built-in Beat FX, DVS support, two USB sound cards and a versatile input switch for trouble free DJ changeovers.

The DJM-S7 was created to suit every DJ style and to stand up to the wildest scratching. The patented magnetic crossfader, MAGVEL FADER PRO, is not only rugged but responsive, and the faders can be personalised: the force needed to move them, the cut lag and the fader curve are all adjustable. The colour coded Performance Pads give instant access to loop and cue functions, samples and rolls, and you can also assign your favourite Serato DJ functions to them.

You can personalise the FX buttons as well: you can assign 55 Serato DJ effects and the 15 effects built into the mixer, and manipulate their parameters with the wet/dry control on every channel. With the FX On/Off switch you can drop out of your composition in the blink of an eye.

The versatile DJM-S7 is at home in every pro DJ setup. DVS control means you can drive the software itself with CDJs and turntables, and even if you do not use Serato DJ or rekordbox, you still have easy access to the built-in effects, and with the Performance Pads you can put on an excellent performance without the software.

 

With the new Bluetooth connection you can play in any sample or track at any time from your mobile device or any other Bluetooth compatible device.

Incredibly sensitive control
The low latency fader gives fast and accurate response, and you can even adjust the force needed to move it with the Feeling Adjust control. Vibration absorbing fader stoppers are also included in three different materials, so you can choose the fader resistance you prefer.

The DJM-S7 was designed for long term use, with its contactless magnetic crossfader and metal rods that work reliably over a long life.

Adjustable curves and reverse
You can match the crossfader curve characteristic to your style, and with the Reverse control you can switch the start delay, the cut lag, at both ends.

Multicolour pads for physically tangible performance
The DJM-S7 is fitted with large Performance Pads of outstanding accuracy and sensitivity. With 16 pads in total, 8 per channel, you can trigger and manipulate features such as Hot Cue, Roll, Slicer and Loop. You can equally assign Serato DJ functions to them. The organic EL display shows the active mode, and you can even match the pad colours to the Serato DJ Hot Cues for even stronger visual feedback.

With the personalisable buttons you can control the effects built into the unit or those offered by Serato DJ.
There are 6 personalisable effect banks on each side of the mixer, giving you instant access to all your favourite Pioneer DJ and Serato DJ effects. With the RMX-1000 style lever you can quickly trigger, lock or switch off the effects.

15 built-in Beat FX: with six separate buttons you can trigger the popular Echo, Delay, Reverb, Flanger, Phaser and Trans effects, matched to the beat of the music, or replace them with any of the 15 built-in effects.

55 Serato DJ FX: you can also assign six buttons plus two banks to the iZotope developed Serato DJ effects you like.

Filter FX: on both channels you can manipulate the effects with the built-in HPF and LPF, and you can also use these on other filters and effects such as Dub, Echo, Noise and Pitch.

Two USB sound cards, four deck support and a top mounted input switch
The DJM-S7 is the best plug and play Serato DJ mixer with two USB sound cards, so two DJs can hand the set over to each other easily. The input switch sits on the top of the unit, so there is no fumbling at the back panel during changeovers. You can switch easily between the four Serato DJ decks, while DVS support makes the DJM-S7 ideal if you want to use a CDJ or a turntable. On top of that you can record your set live with the software.

Pro DJ build for accurate sound reproduction
The DJM-S7 inherited its top quality circuitry from our DJM-2000NXS flagship. The power input was designed to reduce resonance, ensuring the stable sound that loud clubs demand.
