Details
This passive direct box features two audio transformers designed to handle extreme analog levels without any distortion. It converts the signal from microphones and instruments into a low-impedance output signal that can be fed directly into a mixing console or amplifier input. The low-impedance signal (Lo-Z) is suitable for longer cable runs via an XLR connection with less signal degradation than high impedance.
The device eliminates noise caused by ground loops. The passive di-box does not require a power supply.
