The dedicated instrument section allows instant sound switching, while four multifunction macro knobs, a customizable FX section with 17 insert effects, and independent Reverb/Delay controls give you extensive creative options. Advanced play modes help you stay in key and generate fresh ideas effortlessly. A 61-key semi-weighted keybed ensures a responsive, expressive playing experience. Despite its sturdy aluminum-bakelite construction, the synth weighs only 9.9 kg, making it easy to transport for rehearsals or touring.

AstroLab includes over 1,500 production-ready presets powered by 10 built-in sound engines, ranging from Virtual Analog and FM to Wavetable and Granular synthesis. Since it fully integrates Analog Lab, anything you could do in the software can now be done physically on AstroLab—without needing a computer. Beyond factory presets, you gain access to thousands of additional sounds through the Arturia Sound Store (with 10,000+ available presets), and you can import your own custom sounds. Any sound crafted in V Collection or Pigments on your computer can be transferred into AstroLab with a single click!
